This App acts strictly as a personal health assistance tool that provides local medication reminder alerts. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of these notifications, delivery can be impacted or blocked by hardware statuses (such as device shutdowns, Silent Mode, or system constraints). Consequently, we assume no legal liability for any delayed, missed, or un-triggered reminder notifications.
This App is not a medical diagnostic or clinical tool. All information, workflows, and logs provided within the App are for general informational purposes only. Medication dosages, types, and schedules must be followed strictly in accordance with your physician's professional prescriptions. Any medication decisions or health outcomes derived from the use of this App are borne entirely at the user's sole risk and discretion.
Premium membership subscription services are handled exclusively via Apple's official In-App Purchase (IAP) system. All cancellation, billing, and refund processes are subject strictly to Apple's App Store App Policies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people's court with competent jurisdiction over the location of Shanghai LumiGo Technology Co., Ltd.
